After your session, you will be contacted when your pictures are ready for viewing online, usually in a week or less.  My job isn't done after the pictures are taken...It takes time to process them, size them and upload them to the website...then print and mail them.  Thank you for your patience!

Platinum Portraits wants you to be 100% satisfied. If for any you don't like the way your portraits look, just call us at 480-857-2837 and we will redo your pictures or make minor adjustments, like cropping, no extra charge and no questions asked.
